WELDING
We use High Frequency (HF) Welding Technology
to bond PVC layers using electromagnetic energy.
Two electrodes generate an oscillating electric field
that releases energy in the form of heat, causing the
PVC fabric to melt and fuse together. HF Welding
creates robust, airtight, and hermetically sealed
bonds without harming the environment.

Traditional glue is prone to aging and deterioration over time. Our glue-free technology, however, bonds materials at a molecular level, creating a permanent fusion between the two layers of PVC. When applied correctly, these materials remain inseparable, unlike glue-bonded products that often begin to fail and fall apart after just two years.
